The latest features in Mendix Operations Manager enable customers to automate the management of operational tasks across their entire Mendix app landscape.

The latest features in MxOM enable customers to automate the management of operational tasks across their entire Mendix app landscape.

The following task management features added in this release of MxOM help scale and improve Mendix app governance:
- Recurring Task Management. Tasks can be assigned to apps that need to be completed based on a recurring schedule. MxOM reminds task owners of upcoming due dates and warns of overdue tasks.
- One-off Task Management. Tasks can be assigned for immediate execution, for instance if urgent patches need to be applied.
- Scoped Tasks. Tasks can be assigned to all apps, specific organizational groups, lists of apps, or a single app.
- App-specific Tasks. Application managers can manage their own list of tasks in addition to platform assigned tasks. For instance certificate renewals, recurring tasks for functional administrators, or any other custom defined tasks.
The newest version of Mendix Operations Manager is available immediately for no extra charge to existing Blue Storm customers from the Blue Storm Customer Portal.
