Blue Storm launches Mendix Operations Manager for Service Providers

New features in Mendix Operations Manager enable Mendix partners to offer advanced managed application services to their customers.

Utrecht, June 21, 2022 – Blue Storm, a provider of cloud-based solutions for managing low code platforms, has today released Mendix Operations Manager (MxOM) for Service Providers. The new features enable Mendix partners and suppliers of application management services to offer their customers a self-service portal for common tasks, while at the same time maintaining centralized control over a complete landscape of Mendix applications.

The following new features have been added to MxOM to empower service providers to deliver advanced application management services to their customers:

  •  Multi-customer Management. Service providers can manage all of their customers from the MxOM Customer Portal – provisioning platform administrators, managing licenses, and configuring customer-specific settings.
  • Self-service Portal. Customers can login to their own portal where they can perform common activities for their own low code apps: managing deployments, app monitoring, providing change approvals, and managing tasks.
  • Customer Policies. Service providers can set customer-specific policies to align the management of their low code application landscape with the specific needs of each customer.

Mendix Operations Manager for Service Providers is available immediately for no extra charge to existing Blue Storm partners.
